Feel the energy of 2026 – Free Makita BL4040F battery

Feel Conditions the Energy 2026

These conditions apply to the Feel the Energy campaign 2026: Free Battery BL4040F.

By participating in the promotion, the user accepts its terms and conditions.

There is no maximum limit to the number of XGT product registrations required to obtain a free BL4040F battery.

These conditions will be governed by English law.

Promotional Conditions

For every purchase of £390 / €450 excluding VAT on selected XGT products, the participant will be entitled to one (1) free BL4040F. This entitlement will apply proportionally, i.e., a purchase of £780 / €900 excluding VAT entitles the user to two (2) free BL4040F, a purchase of £1,170 / €1,350 excluding VAT entitles the user to three (3) BL4040F, and so on.

The BL4040F battery must be ordered through the dedicated website: www.makitaredemption@makita.eu , www.makitapromotions.co.uk , or www.makitauk.com/redemptions

After registration and approval, the BL4040F battery will be delivered to the user's home free of charge. Shipments will only be made within the UK and Ireland.

The qualifying promotional item prices will be entered at the line level after all discounts have been applied.

The promotion is only valid if one or more items are purchased from an authorised Makita distributor established in the UK or in the Republic of Ireland.

The list of authorised Makita distributors will be available on the distributor map on the campaign's authorised webpage.

Combining multiple invoices from different authorised distributors is not allowed.

All authorised qualifying products must appear on a single invoice; multiple purchases or the submission of separate invoices for the same products are not permitted.

The campaign is not transferable to third parties.

The campaign will be in effect from March 1st to September 30th, 2026, inclusive. Registration for the free battery must be done during the campaign period and within a maximum period of one month after its end. The registration period will end on October 31st.

The BL4040F battery will be shipped free of charge within 30-35 days of the registration approval date.

Purchases made after September 30, 2026 will not be processed.

Registration for the promotion must be received no later than October 31st.

The purchase date must be within the campaign period and must be visible on the purchase document, such as the invoice/receipt/cash sale from the distributor.

This promotion cannot be combined with other offers.

Makita will not be held responsible for lost, invalid, illegible, or delayed registrations, promotional forms, and/or invoice copies.

No correspondence will be made with respect to these promotional conditions. If for any reason a dispute arises between a participant and Makita, the latter's (Makita's) decision will always be final and binding.

Participation in the campaign will be limited and exclusive to people residing in the UK or in the Republic of Ireland.

Makita distributors are not eligible to register claims for the campaign.

The campaign is only applicable to machines that have a serial number corresponding to machines supplied by Makita UK.

Warning: Failure to comply with one or more of these conditions will result in the automatic rejection of the company's request.

Registration Process

We will only request the minimum information necessary to process your registration. This is done to prevent misuse of the promotion. Thank you for your understanding.

Register your purchase on the official campaign website.

If the information provided is incomplete, incorrect, illegible, altered, or does not comply with these promotional conditions, your registration will not be processed.

Please fill out the registration fields carefully. All fields are required. If any of the following information is missing, your registration will not be processed.

Invoice/Invoice Receipt/Cash Sale

The model or type number purchased must match the model or type number on the Invoice/Receipt/Cash Sale .

Serial number as it appears on the machine's identification plate. Images of the serial number on the packaging label will not be accepted.

An image of the nameplate showing the serial number must be submitted.

The XGT item value entered must match the value shown on the corresponding invoice line, after all discounts.

All XGT promotional items combined in a single invoice with a minimum total value of £390 / €450 excluding VAT (£468 or €544.50 including VAT) entitle you to a BL4040F battery.

Required documents for registration.

Invoice/Receipt/Cash Sale, containing the invoice number, model, serial number, and your name and address, as well as those of your reseller. The date must be between March 1 and September 30, 2026.

Note: Picking / packing lists , delivery notes, order confirmations, pro forma invoices , or bank statements will not be accepted.

Your application will not be processed if the requested information is incomplete or incorrect.

Important Additional Information

If the XGT promotional item is returned to the distributor, the right to a free BL4040F battery will be forfeited. Any batteries already shipped must be returned to Makita UK Ltd. Michigan Drive, Tongwell, Milton Keynes, MK15 8JD.

In the event of justified suspicion of misuse of a promotion, Makita may decide to exclude applicants from future Makita promotions.

If the BL4040F battery cannot be delivered due to an invalid or incorrect address provided by the participant, Makita UK Ltd. is not obliged to carry out further investigations and the right to the promotional item will expire.

By registering and requesting a promotional item, the participant is deemed to have read and accepted these general terms and conditions of the promotion and to have acknowledged our privacy policy.
